Ingredients

  • 50 ml VSOP Cognac
  • 20 ml red Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Bitters
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Verre à mélange

The recipe

Preparation time: 2 min

  • Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass and stir for around twenty seconds.
  • Pour into a champagne glass and garnish with orange zest.
