The dynamic duo will take the audience through a cognac cocktail odyssey; delving into how the diverse production choices (terroir, grapes, barrels, ageing and more) influence cognac\u2019s subtle flavour profile, making some of today\u2019s most sublime cocktails. Trade guests will walk away equipped with up to date information on the appellation and an abundance of inspiration for shaking up some cutting-edge cognac cocktails.<\/p>\n<p>Phil Duffy comments \u201cIt\u2019s so positive to see the cognac category continuing to grow in popularity and now more than ever which is of course due to London&#8217;s love of cocktails being at an all-time high.
